Office of the Registrar
To ensure timely processing and delivery of your transcript, you are urged to request
an official, electronic transcript through National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). The
delay associated with mailed transcripts is unknown due to the closures and delays
the United States is experiencing as a result of COVID-19.
The registrar’s office maintains student academic records, under FERPA. We are also responsible for processing applications for graduation, credit for prior learning, and transcript evaluations from other institutions. Please note, effective Feb. 27, 2020, STLCC no longer prints the campus associated with each course on the transcript. The STLCC transcript is reflective of coursework from ONE college. Please review our course catalog for more information.
Hours: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; transcript processing ends at 4:15 p.m.
Location: Forest Park Campus, Student Center rm. 223
