Every new or returning STLCC student must complete our online application. To streamline the process, follow these step-by-step directions for the student type that best describes you:
You've never attended college since completing high school, home school or obtaining a GED/HiSET. You want to earn a certificate or degree from STLCC, or transfer to a 4-year university.
You've taken college credit classes with us since completing high school, but not in the past semester. You want to earn a certificate or degree from STLCC.
You've attended at least one semester of credit at another college since completing high school, and this is your first time attending STLCC. You want to earn a certificate or degree from STLCC.
You're currently attending another college, and want to earn STLCC credits to transfer back to your home college. You're not interested in receiving a certificate or degree at STLCC.
You want to take one or a few classes at STLCC. You're not interested in receiving a certificate or degree at STLCC.
You don't have United States citizenship or permanent resident status. You want to earn a certificate or degree from STLCC.
You're currently in high school, and plan to take an STLCC class at your high school, before you graduate.
You're currently in high school, and plan to take an STLCC class at an STLCC campus location, before you graduate.

- Are you degree seeking?
If you’re looking to complete an associate’s degree, certificate or transfer credits to another institution, you’re degree seeking. If you’re looking to just take classes to improve a skill, transfer to a school you're still attending or just for fun, you’re non-degree seeking. You must be degree seeking to qualify for financial aid, VA benefits and A+ Program.
