Paid Search

STLCC runs an ongoing paid search campaign year round. In addition, online display ads are also purchased during key enrollment times targeting our potential student audiences.

Email and Text Messages

The marketing and communications department sends emails and text messages to current and potential students throughout the year.

Social Media Marketing

The marketing and communications department continually adds information about enrollment events and important dates to our social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat. In addition, a number of paid campaigns are created on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat targeting a wide variety of students and potential students.

On-Campus Promotion

Across all campuses and education centers, a wide variety of supporting collateral can be found including, elevator wraps, posters, flyers, window clings and handbills.

Large-scale decals are attached to windows at Florissant Valley, Forest Park and Wildwood. The transparent window clings allow individuals on campus to insert themselves into the creative artwork and share the results online.

In addition, mirror decals can be found on the four campuses and two education centers as another opportunity to allow individuals to take pictures of themselves in the artwork.

Other Ongoing Marketing Initiatives

Local Marketing

The marketing and communications coordinators on the campuses place local advertising throughout the course of the year in local newspapers, high school newspapers, chambers of commerce and other publications. These local initiatives allow the campus coordinators to promote specific campus initiatives and events to their local community.

YouTube and Videos

YouTube is another way people search for information. New program videos, alumni videos and Meet STLCC videos are being added weekly to YouTube and the STLCC website. All of these videos are added to the College's YouTube page, and then are promoted in a variety of ways through social media.
