View Application Checklist

Once you submit your online admission application, and receive your admission acceptance email, you can view your Application Checklist.

Your Application Checklist shows enrollment steps that must be completed to be ready for registration. To view this checklist, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to Banner Self-Service

  • Enter your MySTLCC ID, and secure password, then click Login
  • If this is your first time logging in, refer to the Steps For First-Time Users

2. Click Student Services and Financial Aid

3. Click View Application Checklist

4. Your Application Checklist will display the following:

  • Requirements: you'll see an Application Checklist Code and Description (see table below)
  • Received Date: items without a received date entered still need completed. 

5. Complete Requirements missing a Received date so you can be ready for registration. 

  •  Based on your Application Checklist Code, review your Next Steps to complete the requirement.

DC3 Dual Credit- Permit to Attend Dual Credit 

Complete the Dual Credit Authorization Form. Send your completed Authorization Form to the Registrar's office

DC4 Dual Credit- 
HS Transcript
Dual Credit Request that your high school transcript is sent to the Registrar's office

DE3 Dual Enroll-

Non-Citizen documents Applicants who select Non-Citizen status on their admission application (i.e. F1 Visa holders) Complete needed steps and/or submit documents to any campus Admissions & Enrollment Services office.
I8 Intl-Permanent Res/Green Card Applicants who select Permanent Resident status on their admission application Bring your Permanent Resident card or Green Card to any campus Admissions & Enrollment Services office.
NSRW Archer Orientation (previously New Student Registration Workshop)

Degree-seeking or Non-Degree-seeking First-Time College 

Register to attend an Archer Orientation. Make sure you are registered for classes prior to attending. Assessment scores must be on file prior to attending NSRW. 
RES Verify Residency Status Applicants who select Permanent Resident status on their admission application

Bring documentation of a U.S. address to a campus Admissions & Enrollment Services office.

Example: Driver's License, unpaid utility bill, or pay stub.

 TB Health Screening Results Applicants who respond "Yes" to at least one question on the admission application Health Survey  Contact a medical provider to take a TB test.
