Child Care Grant Opportunities
The CCAMPIS grant is a federal program that aids Pell Grant-eligible
St. Louis Community College students with the cost of child care. Children ages six weeks to 12 years, who are enrolled or are enrolling in a quality licensed and accredited child care center, are eligible.
Each CCAMPIS student is awarded a set dollar amount for child care expenses for the semester based on the student’s credit hours, level of income and travel/study time. If chosen as a CCAMPIS grant participant, you will be required to attend at least one CCAMPIS workshop.
CCAMPIS enrollment will take place two weeks prior to the beginning of the fall/spring semesters and during the first four weeks of the fall/spring semesters based on availability.
Enrollment for the spring semester 2017 will take place from Jan. 3 to
STLCC students applying for the CCAMPIS grant should submit the following:
- Provide a copy of an official course schedule which reflects Pell grant eligibility. (Internet copies are not allowed.)
- Provide a copy of your Student Aid Report.
