This program provides students with the first two years of study toward a bachelor’s degree with a major in almost any area at a four-year institution. Students who complete this degree will have completed the 42 hours of general education for all public colleges and universities in Missouri. These courses from various general areas become the foundation for advanced study in areas such as humanities, social sciences, mathematics, communications, economics, languages and the fine arts.
Students who earn this degree will be able to transfer at the junior level into most bachelor’s degree programs offered at public four-year colleges and universities.
