Scholarships
Students can apply for foundation scholarships directly through their campus financial aid offices. These funds are made possible by the generosity of donors to the foundation. Major donor groups include friends of the college, faculty, staff, students, alumni, retired employees, board members, corporations and foundations. Their generosity helps hundreds of students who would not otherwise be able to attend college.

Transfer Scholarship
St. Louis Community College offers one scholarship for graduates who transfer to baccalaureate degree-granting institutions called the Hites Foundation Scholarship. The Hites Foundation was established by Robert F. Hites, former Ralston Purina executive and Meramec instructor. Following his death in 1995, the Hites Foundation, in order to perpetuate his memory and his love for his students, established an endowment fund with the STLCC Foundation. This fund will continue to provide scholarships to outstanding STLCC graduates in perpetuity. Outstanding STLCC students in their graduating semester are encouraged to apply through their campus financial aid office. To apply for this scholarship.
