David G. Bertorelli

David Bertorelli is Principal, Energy & Environmental Solutions, Inc. (e2 Solutions). The firm has expertise in green building consulting, green product development and manufacturing, renewable energy, and corporate and government sustainability initiatives.

Before coming to e2 Solutions in 2008, Bertorelli was Director of Space Planning and Design for Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s corporate headquarters in St. Louis. A Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and a LEED Accredited Professional, he was responsible for strategic planning, design, and construction for Enterprise’s three St. Louis campuses.

In 2003, Bertorelli founded ReSource St. Louis. The primary goals of this non-profit organization are to promote the judicious use of construction “waste” and debris, construction technologies and the reuse and recycling of construction materials. ReSource has grown into a consortium of private, public, government, and non-profit organizations, and now has a material exchange website.

Bertorelli received a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. In addition to ReSource St. Louis, he is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the St. Louis Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council, Arcturis Corporate Advisory Board, and the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Construction Alliance. He is also on the Wildwood City Council.

Bertorelli and his wife, Sheila, live in Wildwood. They have one daughter.
