ADA Syllabus Statement

All faculty should include a statement in their syllabus inviting students to discuss their accommodation needs. The essential elements of this statement should include:

• The Access office is available to assist students with disabilities.
• Students should make an appointment with you to discuss their accommodation needs.
• All information will be held in the strictest confidence.
