Withdrawal and Refund Information
The student is solely responsible for completing an official Drop/Add/Withdrawal form and submitting it to the Enrollment Services office. Be aware of deadlines as detailed below. These are strictly enforced.
All course change requests must be submitted in person once online registration/add/drop has closed for each semester.
Failure to file the appropriate forms or stopping payment on a check does not release students from the financial responsibility incurred for reserving class space, even if the student never attended or stopped attending the course.
You are responsible for payment upon registration. You must drop the class before the term starts to avoid responsibility for payment of fees.
If you register for a class after the payment due date then payment is due at time of registration.
In order to receive a "W" for a course, the student must officially withdraw by completing the Drop/Add/Withdrawal form and submitting it to the Enrollment Services office on or before the deadline as indicated in the schedule below. Fax or email (scanned with signature) withdrawals will be accepted.
Length of class
Length of class indicates the duration of the class from start date through the last day, including exam week as applicable.
Withdraw by Friday
The Friday of the week listed is the final day a student may withdraw from the course. In weeks where the Friday falls during a time when the college is closed (i.e. Thanksgiving), the withdrawal deadline will be the preceding Wednesday.

Requests to withdraw from current semester classes for medical or job-related reasons may be submitted throughout the semester. Documentation is required. An instruction sheet detailing the procedure is available from the Enrollment Services office at the campus of your choice. All withdrawal requests and documentation must be received before the last day of classes for the semester in question.
Active Duty Military Service
A refund for classes in progress will be issued to students forced to withdraw as a result of being called to active duty military service. It is the responsibility of the student to complete withdrawal procedures and submit a copy of military orders.
Refund Policy and Procedures
The student must complete the Drop/Add/Withdrawal form and submit it to the Enrollment Services office on or before the deadline as indicated in the schedule below. Fax or email (scanned with signature) withdrawals will be accepted. Refunds are prorated based on the start date for the course and the date of withdrawal.
