Commencement will take place on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 7 p.m. at the Chaifetz Arena at Saint Louis University.

Location
This year we will be celebrating with our STLCC graduates at the Chaifetz Arena at Saint Louis University. Paid public parking lots and garages are available in the vicinity of Chaifetz Arena. Review the Chaifetz Arena website for parking and directions.
- Staff Arrival: 4:30 p.m.
- Graduate Arrival: 5:30 p.m.
- Doors Open: 6 p.m.
- Faculty Arrival: 5:30 p.m.
- Event Start: 7 p.m.
- Estimated End: 9 p.m.
When you arrive at Chaifetz Arena, follow the directional signs and instructions.

Additional Commencement Details
- Tickets are not issued for commencement. You are welcome to invite as many guests as you wish.
- There won’t be a rehearsal. You will receive instructions when you arrive at the Chaifetz Arena warm-up area.
- Please wear your regalia to the ceremony. You will be responsible for all personal items you bring into the student waiting area and arena. There won’t be secure storage for your items.
- Chaifetz Arena has a clear bag policy and is a cashless venue. Read Saint Louis University’s Safe Arena Policy for current details.
- Graduates will meet all guests outside the main gates following the ceremony.

Chaifetz Policies & Prohibited Items
No outside food or drink, no noise makers (air horns, whistles, bells, vuvuzelas), no flags, no balloons, no confetti or silly string, no wrapped/bagged gifts, no weapons (including mace and pocketknives).
- Handheld signs 11"x17" or smaller are welcome at Chaifetz Arena as long as it does not disrupt the view or experience of any other fan and the content is tasteful and related to celebratory messages relevant to graduation. Banners and signs are subject to search and may be confiscated if messages are inappropriate. Banner poles and sign sticks are not permitted.
- Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior and will not wear clothes or bring signs that promote or display obscene or indecent messages or gestures.
