Center for Business, Industry & Labor

The Center for Business, Industry and Labor (CBIL) is a unit within St. Louis Community College’s Division of Workforce and Community Development (WCD). For more than 20 years, its mission is to provide customized, onsite training and consulting designed to assist businesses improve the performance of their people and processes.

CBIL clients range in size from the very small to the very large. We are very pleased to include many of our region’s most recognized names in our client list.

SERVICE DELIVERY AND SPECIAL EXPERTISE

Like similar professional services firms, we are organized to deliver high quality, cost effective services. Our operational structure is comprised of two categories of professionals: practice leaders and project managers. Working closely with clients together, our project managers and practice leaders deliver performance building services -- on budget and on time.
