Training Overview
In this hands-on, instructor-lead course, learn the skills necessary to be proficient in Word 2007 and prepare for the Microsoft Certification Exam (Exam #77-601) to become a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).

Training Topics
The student will learn how to create and customize documents; format text and paragraphs; manipulate text; control pagination; working with visual content; structure and organize content using Quick Parts, tables and lists; modify tables; insert and format references and captions; merge documents and data sources; compare and merge document versions; insert, modify, and delete comments; prepare documents for sharing and control document access. This course provides structured step-by-step learning for each of these tasks and is reinforced with supplementary e-Learning and certification prep exercises. Time is included for the student to prepare for and take the MOS certification exam.
Program Cost
$1,050 and includes all training materials, lab manuals and the Microsoft MOS exam voucher. Dislocated workers and other unemployed individuals may qualify for tuition support by utilizing Individual Training Accounts under WIA funding.
