Activate your my.stlcc.edu student e-mail account with the instructions on the Getting Started page.

Once you've got your my.stlcc.edu student e-mail account activated, learn how to use Windows Live products and features through the short videos listed in the left column of this page.

Mobile Clients

iPhone: These are setup instructions for your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad running iOS version 9.1.x or higher:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on Mail, Contacts and Calendars.
  3. Click on Add Account.
  4. Select Exchange and enter the following information:
    1. E-mail: mystlccid@my.stlcc.edu
    2. Password: your MySTLCC ID password
    3. Description: Student e-mail
  5. Click Next.
  6. Turn on Email. (You may select to turn on any of the other options)
  7. Click Save
  8. It may take a few minutes to sync up.

    Windows Mobile

    1. On the phone, click Start then ActiveSync.
    2. Click Menu, then click Configure Server.
    3. Enter the server address: m.outlook.com.
    4. Check the box for “This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection.”
    5. On the following screen, fill in the following information:
      1. Username: mystlccid@my.stlcc.edu
      2. Password:MySTLCC ID password
      3. Domain: my.stlcc.edu
    6. Click Save password.
    7. Select which information you want to sync with your phone and click Finish.

    Android: If you do not currently have an e-mail account configured, follow these steps:

    1. From the home screen, click E-mail.
    2. Fill in the following information when prompted:
      1. E-mail: mystlccid@my.stlcc.edu
      2. Password: your MySTLCC ID password
    3. Click Manual setup and select Exchange for the account type. Fill in the following information:
      1. Domain: blank
      2. Username: mystlccid@my.stlcc.edu
      3. Password: your MySTLCC password
      4. Server: m.outlook.com
      5. Select Accept all SSL Certificates
    4. Click Next and customize settings for email storage and notification.
    5. Enter MySTLCC ID for the account name and type your name as you would like it to appear on outgoing messages.

    How to forward your my.stlcc.edu email to your personal email

    1. Go to your my.stlcc.edu account Student Email Login 
    2. Sign-in to your account with you're mySTLCC account and password
    3. Click the Settings gear > Options Email forwarding 2 
    4. Click on the Mail tab in the left column > Accounts > Forwarding email forwarding 3 
    5. Click on the Start forwarding radio button email forwarding 1 
    6. Enter the email address you would like to forward to, and be sure "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" is checked.  If that checkbox is cleared and you lose email, STLCC IT cannot help you locate your missing messages.
    7. Click Save
