Water

  • H20 Help
    A customer assistance program created by Missouri American Water & Missouri's Community Action Agency to help provide supplemental funding to Missouri American Water customers who would otherwise have trouble paying their bills. Any Missouri American Water customer who is at risk of losing their water service may apply for H20 Help.

    Provides Energy Assistance and operates the government funded LIHEAP program for St. Louis County residents. Energy Assistance program begins November 1, 2010 (October 1 for elderly and/or disabled households) and runs through March 31, 2011, unless funds are depleted sooner. With the Energy Assistance application all sources of assistance will be explored by the agency including Energy Assistance, ECIP, Dollar More, and/or Dollar Help.

    Serves the Pattonville School District as well as all of St. Ann. Limited funds for utility assistance, rent/mortgage assistance. Food pantry on site.
  • The Emergency Assistance Ministry (TEAM): 314-831-0879
    Food Pantry providing government commodities to agency clients. For existing clients other assistance may be available, such as rent/mortgage assistance, utility assistance, etc. Serves residents of 63031, 63033, 63034, 63042 and those in the incorporated areas of Ferguson - proof required.

  • Charities Midtown Center: 314-534-1180 Serves residents of one of eight St. Louis city neighborhoods-Compton Heights, Forest Park Southeast, Fox Park, The Gate District, McRee Town, Shaw, Southwest Garden and Tiffany.

    Will provide caller with local St. Vincent DePaul contacts in their area.
