Equity in Athletics Report (Title IX)

Each campus of St. Louis Community College, on an annual basis, prepares an Equity in Athletics report to meet the requirements of the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act of 1994, Section 360-B of Public Law 103-382. The report includes information relative to the numbers of students, male and female, who are participating in the various sports programs offered by the college. In addition, the report provides information on the head and assistant coaches for each sport based upon gender and full or part-time status. Operating expenses, athletically related student aid and recruiting expenses for each team are included along with salaries for head and assistant coaches.

Additional information on gender equity is provided in the completion/graduation/transfer report referenced on the previous page. That report displays three-year completion rates for student athletes by gender, ethnic classification and sport. Students or other persons interested in obtaining a paper copy of the report may do so by contacting the manager of intercollegiate athletics at the Florissant Valley, Forest Park or Meramec campuses.
