Employer Services

CES services are free to employers to help them recruit and hire eligible students and alumni.

Our staff can help employers:

  • Determine strategies for employing new graduates.
  • Develop plans to make students more aware of opportunities in your organization, increasing the pool of talent.
  • Organize on-campus interviews to help employers meet hiring goals.
  • Choose selected fields of study for interviews and screening of resumes.
  • Participate in job fairs.
  • Establish internships and co-op education opportunities.
  • Post current job opportunities.

Our office provides access to a diverse pool of applicants:

  • Graduates from career or college transfer programs
  • Students seeking part-time or full-time jobs while in school
  • Students interested in internships or co-op positions
  • Students seeking summer employment
  • Alumni seeking career opportunities

Employers are encouraged to use eRecruiting. This online recruiting service allows employers to post full-time, part-time, temporary and summer jobs, experiential education opportunities such as internships and cooperative education programs, and review resumes of current students, alumni and former students.
