Print and Copy Services

The Highland Park Printing plant produces high-volume, black and white, and multi-color offset lithography, including finishing and mail services. Some examples of the diverse type of work performed include class schedules, career brochures, carbonless forms, postcard mailers, business cards, letterhead and envelopes. The Highland Park facility also offers a full range of design and pre-press services to support print, web and digital media. It can design presentations, signage and advertising for your next college campaign.

Copy Centers
The college copy centers are located on three of the four campus and the Cosand Center. They provide black and white copies, color copies and finishing services. Some examples of the type of work that they perform include classroom instructional material, course packets, telecourse books, transparencies, postcards and personal copy services. The copy centers also manage the campus copier fleet and the copier vending equipment located in each of the libraries.

Copy Job Request
Request a copy job by submitting a job request form to your campus copy center. You may also email the copy center directly. Electronic jobs must be in a Microsoft format or a PDF format. When sending your job request via e-mail, include the following information:

    * Org#
    * Fund#
    * Name of person and department to be delivered
    * Phone# of contact person
    * Number of Originals
    * Quantity Needed
    * Color/Size of Paper
    * 1 or 2-sided copies
    * Delivery Information
    * Finished Size of Job
    * Type of Finishing (collate/staple)
    * Date needed
