Steps for First Time Users
  1. Click on the LOGIN button at the top right.
  2. Enter your MySTLCC ID, assigned by the College. Find out what it is.
  3. Enter your secure password. Create it here.

If you forgot your PASSWORD:
Reset your password if you have completed your security questions.

If you have not completed your security questions, then you can contact the Help Desk to have your password reset.

View Application Checklist

Once you submit your online admission application, and receive your admission acceptance email, you can view your Application Checklist.

Your Application Checklist shows enrollment steps that must be completed to be ready for registration. To view this checklist, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to Banner Self-Service by clicking the green Login button on the top right of this page.

  1. Enter your MySTLCC ID, and secure password, then click Login.

  2. If this is your first time logging in, refer to the Steps For First-Time Users on the left side of this page.

2. Click Student Services and Financial Aid.

3. Click View Application Checklist.

4. Your Application Checklist shows columns for:

  • Requirements: lists an Application Checklist Code and Description (see example grid below)
  • Received: if a Requirement has been received/completed, you will see a date here (i.e. 10-AUG-17).

5. Complete Requirements missing a Received date so you can be ready for registration. 

  • Review the list below of Application Checklist items per Application Type (i.e. the application you submitted), and the Next Steps to complete the requirement.

Take the Placement test or provide documentation to waive assessment.

*STLCC-Registrar's office -- send official transcripts via
Mail: 300 S. Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102; or send electronically using an approved secure vendor: e-Scrip, Naviance, National Student Clearinghouse, or Parchment. 

Transcripts issued to the student, sent via fax or as an email attachment are not sent through secure means; therefore, will not be accepted as official documents.
