Q: What is my Banner Self-Service User ID?

A:
Your Banner Self-Service User ID is the Student ID number assigned to you when you were admitted to the college.

The ID number begins with the letter A, and is followed by 8 numbers, for example, A12345678.

Student ID numbers were changed from a student's Social Security Number to a random number generated by the College's computer, to protect the privacy of your Social Security Number.

Your PIN (Personal Identification Number)

When you log in the first time, you will be required to change your PIN to a six digit number that you will remember.
