Certificate of Specialization in Voice/Data Communications Analyst is an 18-credit-hour program designed to provide a foundation in the concepts of managing a voice/data communications network. Through coursework, students will develop an understanding of different techniques used to transport voice or data to various locations and learn how the parts of each of the hardware or software components in a system contribute to overall network functioning. In addition, the basic principles of designing or evaluating a network are covered.
