Auditions for "Bad Things for Good Reasons" will be held
Dec. 6-7 in the Meramec Theatre

Auditions for the Meramec Theatre’s premiere production of Jim Greer’s “Bad Things for Good Reasons” will be conducted at 7 p.m. Dec. 6 and 7 in theatre on campus, 11333 Big Bend Road.

“Bad Things for Good Reasons” is directed by Keith Oliver, with set design by Rick Willmore.

Set in rural, southern Missouri at the home of the main character, Al Peroni, what starts out as a friendly visit soon turns into a tragedy that will forever change the lives of all those involved. Valerie is beautiful, young, uneducated and abused; Billy is a fun-loving maintenance man; Lisa is Billy’s educated and lusty wife; and Mark is a good looking but very naïve high school history teacher.
