Professor Michael J. Fuller will share the spotlight alongside several local anthropology experts on the PBS special "Uncovering Ancient St. Louis", airing at 9:30 p.m., Nov. 22, on KETC Channel 9. The program surveys exciting archaeological discoveries made in St. Louis that relate to two time periods: the Ice Age (approximately 10,000 B.C.) and the Mound Builders (approximately A.D. 1000).

Professor Fuller will discuss Native American cultures that constructed the mounds in St. Louis County. “My insights are the result of field work conducted by STLCC students, who carefully excavate at the Blake Mound site every year,” said Fuller.
