STLCC-Forest Park Hosts 18th Annual One-Act Play Festival

Two campuses of St. Louis Community College will take center stage along with two other area higher education institutions during the 18th annual One-Act Play Festival Sept. 18-21 at St. Louis Community College-Forest Park.
The festival is presented by STLCC-Forest Park in cooperation with the Higher Education Center Theatre Council. Performances begin at 8 p.m. Sept. 18-20, and at 3 p.m. Sept. 21, in the Mildred E. Bastian Center for the Performing Arts on campus, 5600 Oakland Ave.
The playbill includes:
- John Patrick Shanly’s "Welcome to the Moon," directed by Alex Saccavino and performed by St. Louis Community College-Forest Park.
- Jeff Stetson’s "The Meeting," directed by Gregory S. Carr and performed by Harris-Stowe State University.
- "Apres Opera," by Michael Bigelow and Valerie Smith, directed by Keith Oliver and performed by STLCC-Meramec.
- Craig Pospisil’s "On the Edge," directed by Kat Singleton and performed by Webster University.
