CBIL Offers Certificate in Leadership Skills Development

St. Louis Community College’s Center for Business, Industry and Labor (CBIL) is offering a certificate program designed to help individuals develop leadership skills.

CBIL’s Certificate in Leadership Development will cement an individual’s understanding of how to

  • manage four generations in the workplace
  • balance personal and practical needs in leading the work force
  • coach employees on how to work most efficiently and effectively
  • get teams off the ground and performing at top effectiveness quickly
  • reach agreements that carry strong commitment on everyone’s part.

This series of five leadership modules will be conducted 8 a.m.-noon Wednesdays, Oct. 15 and 29, Nov. 12, and Dec. 3 and 17. Classes will be held in Room 105-107 in the Training Center on college’s Florissant Valley campus, 3400 Pershall Road.


The cost is $1,795 per person. A 10 percent discount will be applied for registration received from two or more people from the same organization.
