Highlights

Students who attend Meramec will find a stimulating, positive-learning atmosphere and classrooms equipped with the newest teaching delivery systems. Instructors, staff and a wide array of supports services are available to help you succeed. 

Our academic programs, such as fine arts and visual technologies, and services are nationally recognized. Seventy percent of our student who plan to transfer do so to four-year universities, while 75 percent of Meramec student who completed one of our 50-plus career programs are employed in their field of study or continue their education within 180 days of graduation. Graduates who transfer to four-year institutions have as good or better grade-point averages than those who began as freshmen with that institution.

Meramec offers a variety of student activities, including a nationally ranked intercollegiate athletic program, exciting theater productions, concerts and art exhibits that also are open to the public at no charge.

Meramec's Alumni Association boasts 800 members. The association is comprised of both current and past students who are active in community service, or fundraising for student scholarships and just plain fun events. Any Meramec student either currently or previously enrolled may join the Alumni Association by calling Linda McGinnis at 314-984-7528 or by stopping by the Community Relations Office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. Annual dues are $10.00.
