Tony Dattoli is excited to be a part of the Meramec baseball program. As a competitor he earned All-Conference and All-Region awards for his athletic proficiency, as well as his academic accomplishments. After receiving his bachelor's degree from Harris-Stowe, he immediately joined their baseball staff as an Assistant Coach.

After five seasons he became head coach for a three-year run. He also served as Sports Information Director and as an Academic Advisor. In 1998 he received his master's degree from Webster University. Coach Dattoli serves our community as a middle school teacher in the St. Louis Public School District.

Coach Dattoli has posted a 165-116-2 record in his first five seasons at the helm. He was the Region XVI Coach of the Year in 2006 as well as MCCAC Conference Coach of the Year. Twice he has coached the Region Player of the Year and twice he has coached the Region Defensive Player of the Year.

He has had five NJCAA All Americans including Corey Whitesides who twice was a Distinguished Academic All American.
