EVENT SETUP

Make your event seen and heard by everyone in attendance. Instructional Resources provides logistical and technical support for events, including conferences, banquets, and other special functions. Our staff can provide equipment and personnel to assist with set-up and operation of equipment for amplification and display.

REPAIR

Technicians provide routine maintenance and repair of audiovisual and television equipment for departments. Equipment may be brought to Instructional Resources for repair or arrangements can be made for on-site maintenance.

consultation

Our technical staff will consult with you concerning your media needs and specifications. Instructional Resources can help with the purchase of a specific item, or an entire classroom renovation. Instructional Resources can help by

  • evaluating sites based on anticipated use
  • suggesting types of equipment to meet specific needs
  • preparing specifications for bidding purposes
  • evaluating equipment bids
  • installing media systems
  • providing preventative maintenance

Training

Our staff can provide training sessions for faculty on equipment use.
