Francis J. Stokes III
Frank Stokes is chair of the Missouri Technology Corp. He also is actively engaged in a number of other initiatives to help the St. Louis region and Missouri become a center of plant and life sciences, including work on special projects at the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association. He also serves as a member of the Coalition for Plant and Life Sciences, the Plant and Life Sciences Working Group and the Nidus Center for Scientific Enterprise Advisory Council.His work experience ranges from 18 years at Monsanto Co. to a variety of engagements in government, industry and the social service sectors.
He serves on the boards of The Nature Conservancy of Missouri, Haverford College (Pennsylvania), the Mercantile Library of St. Louis and the Missouri Biotechnology Association.
He is married to Tegner McAteer Stokes and resides in St. Louis.
Stokes holds a bachelor's degree from Haverford College and an MBA from Stanford University.
