Following the tradition of Norris Stevenson, James' athletes have broken 16 school records, earned two NJCAA National champions, and 17 All-Americans. James began as an assistant coach in 1999 and took over the helm in 2004. Certified as a level II USA Track and Field coach, James has worked with and developed many athletes striving to bring out the best in each individual.
