My mission is to provide a comprehensive softball program of teaching and learning which challenges and motivates each student-athlete to reach her full potential, both on the playing field and in the classroom. I hope to develop a deep sense of goodness, self-worth, and dignity in all my players. I attempt to create a family environment, where all involved, players and coaches, collaborate to create a climate of cooperation, respect, openness and trust.
