A top-flight culinary school, a revered allied health program that provides trained respiratory therapists, radiologic technicians and phlebotomists to the St. Louis area's major health centers, and a diverse, multicultural student body gives the Forest Park campus a distinct personality.

Students hail from 80 different countries and speak 60 different languages. We change lives on a daily basis. Our diversity is our strength.

Students who didn't think college could be a reality for them can begin here by taking developmental classes, work with counselors, and meet with tutors in the Success Center. We want to give students the tools to succeed in a degree program.

Forest Park has taken the lead in preparing students for careers in the high-tech field of advanced computer networking through its campus Center for Emerging and Advanced Information Technology .The center is a certified Cisco Academy, which prepares students for certification exams such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional. As a regional Cisco Academy, the center also trains professionals to teach CCNA programs.

In 2003, the campus opened the Jack E. Miller Hospitality Studies Center. Enrollment has consistently reached capacity for day, evening and weekend classes. A degree program in baking and pastries also has been added to the current offerings. Some of the area's top chefs began here.
