Richter has been the Highlander's Sports Information Director since 2009. He is a graduate of Lindenwood University where he studied Mass Communications and served as the Sports Director for the college's radio station. Before coming to Forest Park he was a graduate assistant at Missouri Baptist University in the sports information department where he is earning his master's in Sport Management.He currently does the public address announcing at all Highlander home games as well as broadcasting games for the college and Prepcasts.com.
