Coach McCray started at STLCC-Forest Park in 2007. She is collaborated with the coaches and the players to aid in the individual players success. As a player, she attended Eskridge High School where she also coached the lady's basketball team (2004-2008) and selected as Coach of the Year for the Suburban East Conference (2005). She is a graduate and former player of Harris Stowe State University. Coach McCray quoted, "The game of basketball hasn't changed, just the players".
