Angela Daniels most recently coached at the NCAA Division I level at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (2002-2005) where she served as head coach. She also had head coaching stints as Edward Waters College (NAIA) in Jacksonville, Florida (1998-2002) and Florida Community College at Jacksonville (1994-1997). She was named the Eastern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (EIAC) Most Outstanding Coach (2001-2001) and EIAC (2000-2001) Coach of the Year. Coach Daniels was also an assistant at Memphis State University and graduate assistant at the University of Florida. As a player, Daniels was named Jacksonville, Florida Female Athlete of the Year and inducted into that city's Sports Hall of Fame in 1985. She was an All-Conference selection at Florida Community College at Jacksonville before playing at the University of Florida where she was Honorable Mention All-Southeastern Conference selection.
