All submissions for space and services made through this site are considered REQUESTS ONLY!

You will receive an email notification that your request is pending. Once approved, you will receive a second email confirming your request.

All faculty/staff can use their MySTLCC ID and password to access EMS directly. Once logged in, faculty and staff have several options:

  • Request Space on Campus - You can make an online room and service request for meetings, seminars, etc.  All request must be submitted 24 hours in advanced (Monday through Friday) prior to the start of the booking. 
  • View My Requests - This option displays all of your room requests.
  • Browse Scheduled Events and Space Availabilities - This option displays all of your room requests.

To submit a request or browse available spaces and scheduled events, click on Room Scheduler button and log into EMS. For reservation that are less than 24 hours, please contact campus / location event coordinators.
