For more than 46 years, St. Louis Community College has been shaped by our practice of being an inclusive institution, welcoming all who walk through our doors. We strive to recognize and celebrate the diverse backgrounds of our students, faculty and staff. This is central to our mission and to the educational experience.

As chancellor, my goal is to further the college's practice of building inclusive and dynamic environments in which we all learn, study, teach and work. I am committed to affirm and support our institutional values, which advance diversity through our admissions and employment practices, relevant student activities, community outreach programs and professional development programs for our employees.

I encourage you to become involved in the activities that foster an appreciation of inclusiveness and open-mindedness and to share your experiences with others as we work and learn together as a college family.
