Distance learning classes originate from remote locations, allowing students to take classes at times and in places that are convenient to their schedules.
Teaching and learning take place via telecommunications without the need for the teacher and student to meet at the same time and place. The World Wide Web, videotapes, CD-ROMs, DVDs, e-mail or live interactive video between student and teacher replace traditional face-to-face classroom interaction.

How To Register: Students may register for distance learning classes just as they would for traditional classes -- online, by mail or fax, or in person at one of the four campuses -- Florissant Valley, Forest Park, Meramec or Wildwood.
