American Management Association Online Self-Study

These self-study courses bring up-to-date, real world solutions for today's business challenges. You get the latest management information, "how-to" explanations, practical examples, and real solutions. Each course is filled with exercises relating the underlying theory and how to apply it to your every day work environment.

The courses are self paced, there are no instructors. The time it takes to complete a course will vary between students. As a general guideline, each CEU credit represents approximately 10 hours of study time. CEUs are listed next to the course titles in the catalog. Courses must be completed within 12 weeks of enrollment. View and enroll in these courses at www.flexclassroom.com/stlcc

Non-credit courses are an excellent way of assuring professional development, acquiring new skills or maintaining professional certifications. Non-credit courses and credit courses with the same or similar titles may not cover the same content and, therefore, those non-credit courses may not be accepted towards a degree or certificate program. Decisions regarding the awarding of credit are made by individual institutions and, in some instances, by programs within an institution. Consult with the academic advisor at the receiving institution where you plan to attend to determine whether a non-credit course will count towards any degree or certificate you may intend to seek.
