The Cosand Center, named for the founder and first president of STLCC,
is the college's focal point for business and industry training housing the division of Workforce and Community Development and the Center for Business, Industry & Labor. As
part of the College's Center for Business, Industry & Labor, the
Downtown Education Center (DEC) is fully furnished to meet the training, conference and workshop needs of area businesses. The DEC is a Microsoft IT Academy and offers Microsoft Official Curriculum and Microsoft Official Academic Course server and application classes for IT Pros and Information Workers. DEC is also an authorized Prometric and Certiport testing center. The Cosand Center also serves as the administration headquarters for the district.

SCEUC is an off-campus extension of St. Louis Community College at
Meramec, located at the corner of Lemay Ferry and Meramec Bottom roads.
The 59,000-square-foot complex provides state-of-the-art computer labs
and interactive classrooms, as well as access to the Internet via
wireless ports throughout the nationally recognized facility. SCEUC
also partners with the University of Missouri-St. Louis and Southeast
Missouri State University to offer on-site upper division classes.

St. Louis Community College opened the William J. Harrison Northside
Education Center on August 25, 1994, in an effort to expand college
services to the Northside community. The center is dedicated to the
memory of Dr. Harrison, an educator, historian and community and civil
rights activist. The center offers college-level classes available for
credit through St. Louis Community College, as well as non-credit
continuing education classes, employee development programs and
contractual training.
