Maintenance and HVAC
This department provides ongoing systematic prevention maintenance of all physical facilities throughout the district. These activities include routine inspection, adjustment and upgrading of all control systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing environment for the entire college community. district facilities include all four STLCC campuses and the downtown Cosand Center.
