Facilities Support Center

The Facilities Support Center is committed to serving our customers in a timely manner. Our goal is to improve the quality of service in order to enhance the educational experience of our students, faculty and staff.

The Facilities Support Center provides effective, efficient reporting systems for coordinating work orders, service requests, routine maintenance requests, and scheduled, periodic inspections. Support Service also maintains website for the PF Division that provides current data on status of various projects and requests throughout the college.


8 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.


  • Send an e-mail to fixit@stlcc.edu for the quickest response. This is the Support Center's preferred method of contact.
  • In case of emergencies, call 314-539-5858 for immediate assistance. If no one is available, please leave a message.

Print out these MS Word documents and send to John Duarte at the Cosand Center.

Limited After Hours Support

Watch Engineers are available during the evening hours, but only for critical issues. This includes environmental changes for classrooms.

Missing information can delay your request.


If you are requesting a project other than regular maintenance:

  • E-mail plawrenz@stlcc.edu or the campus Maintenance/HVAC supervisor to contact you for a cost estimate.
  • You will receive a cost estimate and if you want to proceed please fill out an Interdepartmental Order with the appropriate FOPALs and signatures and forward to FIXIT-Oakland Warehouse-Physical Facilities or e-mail her at plawrenz@stlcc.edu .
  • Once an IO is received, a work order will be made and the work will be scheduled.


These are the available colors under the current painting contract:

  • #529-1 Vanilla Milkshake (off white)
  • #539-1 Glacial Ice (light gray)
  • #112-1 Capri Cream (light yellow)
  • #149-1 First Light (light blue)
  • #106-1 Mint Essence (light green)

All public areas should be Vanilla Milkshake in a latex semi-gloss finish. Only offices have the choice of the other colors in an eggshell finish.
