Joseph P. Cosand Community College Center
The Joseph P. Cosand Community College Center opened in downtown St. Louis in 1989 and serves as the district office for St. Louis Community College. The building houses several collegewide departments such as the Chancellor’s office, Human Resources, Technology & Educational Support Services (TESS), Payroll, and the division of Workforce and Community Development including the Center for Business, Industry and Labor and Downtown Education Center.
The Downtown Education Center has conference rooms, training rooms and computer labs to provide educational services to residents and businesses seeking technical certification and computer training, business and management training, and personal and professional development.
