Sending Transcripts to STLCC

TO TRANSFER COURSES TO ST. LOUIS COMMUNITY COLLEGE

 
Degree-seeking students must request official transcripts of previously earned high school and college credit be sent directly to the STLCC Registrar's office via mail or sent electronically through an approved vendor.

Mailing address: 300 S. Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102

Electronic transcripts: must be sent from your institution directly to STLCC using one of the following approved secure vendors:

  • e-Scrip
  • Naviance
  • National Student Clearinghouse
  • Parchment

Note: transcripts issued to the student, hand carried, faxed or sent as an email attachment will not be accepted as official documents.

Students may contact an advisor for general questions regarding transferring to STLCC.

A transfer student may invoke the transfer appeals process to challenge an institutional decision on the acceptance of credit(s) from regionally accredited Missouri public colleges and universities. Contact the St. Louis Community College vice chancellor for education for more information.
