William J. Harrison Education Center

The William J. Harrison Education Center is the college’s newest construction project. Located in the JeffVanderLou neighborhood in north St. Louis City, the Harrison Center was designed to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) gold certification, the second-highest achievable as designated by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Harrison Center is the first “green” public higher education facility of its kind in the St. Louis City. It opened for classes in August 2010. If certified, the center would be the the college's second LEED gold-certified facility, joining the Wildwood campus, which opened in 2007.
